Tumor tissue samples should be at least 250mg (about the size of a pencil eraser), with more active tissue being ideal. If multiple lesions are present, consider collecting samples from each, and be sure to include pathology results with the sample.
To ensure the best possible outcome, it’s important that tumor samples are collected and handled with precision. To the left, you’ll find guidelines that can be shared with your medical team to achieve this.
